Located 1/2 block from Southampton Hospital
Take Montauk Highway West to Hampton Road [27A] (By Carvel). Go six tenths of a mile and turn left onto Olde Towne Road. Go four tenths of a mile and turn left onto Meeting House Lane. Turn left into the Olde Towne Medical Village. #325 is on the left in the rear.

Take route 27 East. When the highway narrows down to one lane, count six traffic lights and turn right onto David White’s Lane (between Blackman and Cancos Tile). Cross the railroad tracks and go straight to the traffic light. Continue straight onto Leland Lane past the Intermediate school to the stop sign. Turn left onto Olde Town Rd Take the first left into the Olde Towne Medical Village. #325 is on the left in the rear.
